Fort Langley Golf Course Book Tee Times

Terms and Conditions
PLEASE Read Carefully Prior to Booking a Tee Time.

Public can make Reservations up to 7 days in advance.
Members & Season Pass holders can make reservations up to 14 days in advance.
Checking into the Pro Shop IS REQUIRED prior to starting play for all golfers.
Green fees are to be paid in the Pro Shop prior to playing, fees are not collected at time of booking.
Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day.
Reservations BY PHONE are only accepted after 12 noon to closing time.

The policies below apply to ALL booking. This includes Members/Season Pass holders, and Fort Golf Club Members, Senior Men & Ladies Club Members.
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However t maintain fairness and availability for all golfers, we enforce a cancellation policy for tee time reservations.
Cancellations must be completed by 6pm, the day prior to the tee time.
Cancellations can be done online (if booked online) 12 hours prior to the tee time.
For cancellations after 6pm prior to the tee time, a cancellation charge of $25 per player will be charged to the reservation credit card on file.
CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED via Voicemail, Email or Text message. Cancellations/changes to number of players must be made by calling the Pro Shop during business hours.
For tee times, or player(s) that are NOT cancelled, a cancellation charge of $25 per player will be charged to the credit card(s) on file. This applies to Public, Members and Season Pass players.
In the event of inclement weather, the cancellation fee may be waived IF a phone call to the Pro Shop is made prior to the tee time. Inclement weather is based on the playability of the course and determined by the Fort Langley Golf Course Staff.
Consent: By proceeding with an online tee time booking and providing your credit card information, you consent to the terms outlines in this disclaimer and agree to abide by our reservation policies.

If any members of your group do not show up without the proper advance notice, a No Show fee of $25 per player will be applied using the credit card in our secure system, to any/all players that were reserved and not cancelled within the time line noted above. If the entire group is a no show, 100% of the green fees will be charged.

We do not offer rain checks. Each player must decide BEFORE paying their green fee whether to play or not. IF the course is deemed unsafe or unplayable by the Fort Langley Golf Course Superintendent (and this could include unsafe conditions such as lightning, or the course superintendent determines that the course is no longer playable due to stagnant water on the greens). In either case, a two-hour waiting time must be observed before the Pro Shop will issue a Pro-Rated credit.
There are NO RAIN Checks for Power Carts.

Neat & presentable clothing ONLY. No ripped or soiled clothing. No jogging pants, short shorts or tank/tube tops.
Soft-spiked golf shoes or soft-soled shoes only. No heels or boots.

Alcoholic beverages OTHER than those purchased at the Fort Langley Golf Course are NOT permitted. This will be strictly enforced as per the Fort Langley Golf Course BC Liquor License.
Any/all outside alcohol will be confiscated immediately by golf course staff.
No tailgating or gatherings consuming liquor anywhere on Fort Langley Golf Course property is allowed, as this is a violation of our liquor license. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to leave the property, and your tee time will be cancelled with the credit card on file to be charged 100% of the due green fees.

Due to safety reasons under the company insurance policy, NO walkers or caddies are allowed.

For all Junior golfers under the age of 13, an adult guardian GOLFER must accompany.

Pull carts are to be kept 20 feet from ALL greens.
No personal ride on carts, golf scooters, boards or bikes are permitted on the course due to liability.
Power Carts hold up to 2 players and 2 sets of clubs ONLY.
Any player(s) riding (other than on the provided seat), standing or otherwise using a power cart other than designed (2 players/2 sets of golf clubs, will have the power cart taken away without a refund.
Players must be 19 years old or have a valid BC driver’s license to rent and or drive a Fort Langley Golf Course power cart and have a credit card on file.
Any/ all damage will be charged to the credit card on file.
Power Carts, MUST be kept 50 feet from all greens and tee boxes. Cart rules will change throughout the season.
Cart path only on par 3’s all year round.

Fort Langley Golf Course may change these terms & conditions from time to time without notice.
